The lower tang, end of the buttstock, and buttplate are marked with the matching assembly number "3515" with the "XXX" wood grade marking also on the lower tang.

Excellent. 95% plus original blue finish remains with small areas of edge wear, faint traces of light pitting under the blue on the barrel, small scratches, and some mild cycling marks on the receiver rails. The refinished wood is very fine with sharp checkering, attractive figure, some small dings, and light edge wear on the buttplate. Mechanically excellent.
