The exposed portion of this colorized panorama print measures 9 x 22 1/2 inches and features a fantastic scene of cowboys at work rounding up cattle in the Powder River region of Montana. The lower left is marked "Early Day Round-up At Work- Powder River- M.T. 1886", and the lower right has L.A. Huffman's Miles City copyright, both in black ink. The frame measures 15 1/4 x 28 1/2 inches. Laton Alton Huffman (1854-1931) was among the few photographers to capture the landscape, Native Americans, wildlife, and ranching life in Montana in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Excellent, the image distinct and color vibrant with very minimal wear. The frame is very fine with a few scattered minor dings and a minor scratch on the glass. A stunning print portraying ranching life in the American West by one of the regions most legendary photographers!
