Blued Bohler steel barrels with single steel bead sight on the matted, concave solid rib barrel, dual bands of engraving at either breech, 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors, choke constrictions of .009/.032 inches, and Ferlach proofs with "26/297" on the right barrel possibly identifying maker Jakob Koschat. The casehardened, scalloped boxlock action displays floral scroll engraving surrounding three game scenes, a trio of pheasants on the left, a pair of woodcock on the underside, and a pair of hares on the right. The gun features double triggers and an automatic tang mounted safety switch. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter forend with engraved fittings, including the Deeley latch release, and pistol grip stock with leather wrapped recoil pad. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 5/8 inch drop at heel; 14 3/8 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs 5 oz.

Very fine, retaining 95% plus original blue finish, 40% original case colors, and light handling evidence. The wood has been refinished and is also very fine with a few scattered dings and scratches and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
