Manufactured between 1962 and 1969. With the 3-screw frame, the early style pinned barrel, and near full coverage floral scroll engraving as well as "417" on the front of the cylinder. Complete with a correct Smith & Wesson blue box.

Very fine as professionally embellished, retaining 99% plus refinished blue finish with limited handling marks, an attractive plum coloration on the barrel and cylinder. Mechanically excellent. Box is very fine with limited storage and handling marks.
