Introduced in 1936 and produced in the desirable 410 gauge, this model was developed by Winchester to compete with other manufactures in the low priced, single barrel, exposed hammer shotgun market. The barrel is marked on the right side with the two line address and patent pending marks followed by "-MODEL 37-STEELBILT-410-3 IN." followed by the trade mark and "CHOKE". The number "4" is marked on the upper tang beneath the toplever. It features a single bead sight, 3 inch chamber, auto ejector and choked full with a 14 inch length of pull. It has a plain forearm and pistol grip stock with a black plastic checkered Winchester buttplate. It may have never been used. This model was discontinued in 1963 after slightly over 1,000,000 were sold. Complete with factory box and hang tag.

Near new in box with minor handling/storage marks and a small scratch under the break lever.
