Developed as a combination of the Mark V Trooper frame and the Python barrel, the Colt Boa was manufactured only in 1985 as a Lew Horton Distributing limited edition, with a total run of only 1,200, and only 600 in this configuration, making it among the rarest of the production model Colt "snake" double actions.
