Manufactured in 1913 with standard Winchester markings including the factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech, pinned blade front sight, folding ladder rear sight, saddle ring on the left side of the receiver, and mounted with a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a carbine buttplate and sling swivel eyes on the buttstock and barrel band.

Very fine, retains 80% plus of the original blue finish with some scattered large patches of brown patina visible on the receiver and most of the buttplate showing a smooth brown patina. The wood is also very fine with a few scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
