Manufactured in 1903 with standard markings including a small correct matted section on top of the receiver ring. Fitted with brass blade front and elevation adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sights and mounted with a smooth Schnabel tip forearm with ebony tip insert and straight grip stock with a crescent buttplate.

Very fine, retains 85% of the original blue finish on the barrel, receiver, magazine, and lever, with the balance including most of the buttplate showing primarily a smooth grey patina. The lightly sanded and refinished wood is fine with a few scattered light handling marks and some visible excess varnish on the upper edges of the forearm. Mechanically excellent.
