Manufactured in 1937. The barrel has the one-line Hartford address and "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .38 SPECIAL." The frame has the two-line patent dates followed by a Rampant Colt. The trigger guard has the Colt factory triangle proof and number "4." Matching serial numbers on the frame, trigger guard and back strap.

Excellent, retaining 97% plus original blue finish showing some cylinder drag line. 98% plus vivid original case colors remain on the frame. The stag replacement grips are very fine. Mechanically excellent.
