Description:

The original iron sights are properly absent, with a Remington "1-44" dated barrel, "R" marked bolt with properly turned and contoured handle, and the properly offset manufacturer, model and serial number markings on the receiver ring. The Weaver M73B1 scope is electro-stencil numbered "31828", and mounted on a parkerized Redfield scope base. Smooth pistol grip stock with a checkered blue steel buttplate. "RA-P" Raritan Arsenal stamp on the left of the stock below the receiver, and "G1" stamped on the right of the buttstock. Includes M1907 leather sling, leather scope covers and cleaning kit in butt compartment.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retaining 98% plus arsenal refurbished parkerized finish and 95% plus blue finish with some light handling marks. Arsenal replacement stock is also very fine with some light scratches and handling marks, and defined edges. Mechanically excellent. Included scope is excellent, retaining 97% original blue finish on the tube with some scattered light scratches, a few minor small spots of surface corrosion, and crisp and clear optics.
