The coin grey finished boxlock action displays floral scroll surrounding a pointer flushing a pair of quail along with a bust of John Browning and "BROWNING CLASSIC" on the right, a pointer flushing a pair of pheasant over "ONE OF FIVE THOUSAND" on the left, and a bust of a grouse on the underside. The engraving extends to the toplever, both tangs, and the triggerguard which shows a Browning logo. The left of the action is signed "P.LALLEMAND" for Master Engraver Pierre Lallemand. The gun features a single trigger and tang mounted safety selector switch. Beautiful figured, dot bordered multi-point checkered Schnabel tip forend with engraved fittings and straight grip stock with Browning buttplate. Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and coin finishes, limited handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent.
