Lightly figured, multi-point checkered splinter forearm with ebony tip insert and round knob pistol grip stock with checkered hard rubber buttplate. Stock measurements: 1 15/16 inch drop at comb; 3 1/16 inch drop at heel; 14 1/4 inch length of pull; weight 8 lbs 15 oz.
Very fine, showing an attractive mix of brown and grey twist visible on the barrels with 40% of the original blue finish on the small parts, 60% case colors on the action with some fading in areas, light handling evidence, a few light dings in the otherwise fine wood, a few chips around the edges, and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
