Manufactured c. 1840-1860. The etched Damascus barrels have fixed blade front sights. The locks are marked "FNI P CLAUDIN A PARIS," and the locks and furniture have scroll engraving. The stocks have fluted wrists. There are compartments in the pommel caps. The case contains loading and cleaning rods, a mallet, powder flask, container, ball mold, ball puller, screwdriver/nipple wrench, and a key.
Very good with gray patina, crisp Damascus patterns and engraving, some small spots of minor oxidation/pitting, and general mild overall wear mainly from age. The stock is fine and has some light dings and scratches. Mechanically fine. The case and accessories are fine with mild age and storage related wear.
