Fixed sights, with the chamber area dated "1940", and the Mauser "banner" logo on the front toggle link. The "eagle/L" police proof is stamped on the right side of the receiver, with the "eagle/N" commercial proofmark stamped on the left side of the receiver and the breechblock. The sear safety spring is present over the side plate, and no cuts have been made for a magazine well safety. Overall finish is full blue, with a set of checkered grips. The magazine is unnumbered and the hold open numbered "00", otherwise parts are matching overall. Included with the lot is a brown leather holster marked "KernKlager&Cle/1938/Berlin" on the rear, an extra magazine (number removed, with an "eagle/L" proof still visible on the base), and an unmarked takedown tool.
