Description:

Manufactured between the World Wars, and marked for export to the United States. Fixed sights, with a blank chamber, "DWM" on the front toggle link, "crown/N" commercial proofs on the appropriate parts, and a "GERMANY" import mark on the right side of the receiver. Matching numbers in the "commercial" pattern are present overall, with unnumbered checkered grips and a blank hardwood magazine base. Provenance: The Paul Crockett Jr. Collection

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with 90% plus of the original blue finish, showing bright edge wear and mild handling marks. 50% of the straw color is present on the small parts, the remainder turning gray and showing light spotting. The grips are very fine, with some dings on the sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
