The original iron sights are properly absent as standard on these sniper variants, with a Remington "7-43" dated barrel, "R" marked bolt with properly turned and contoured handle, and the properly offset manufacturer, model and serial number markings on the receiver ring. The included Weaver M73B1 scope is electro-stencil numbered "22834" on the right, and mounted on a parkerized Redfield scope base. Smooth pistol grip scant stock with a checkered blue steel buttplate. "RA" (Remington Arms) and "FJA" (Frank J. Atwood) inspection stamps surrounding a crossed cannons cartouche on the left stock wrist, open box "S.A./K" rebuild cartouche on the left of the buttstock. Excellent, retains 97% original parkerized finish and 80% original blue finish with some light handling marks and scratches. Stock is also very fine as arsenal refurbished, with defined edges, a few light handling marks, and crisp arsenal/inspection stampings. Mechanically excellent. Included scope is excellent, retains 95% original blue finish with scattered light scratches and handling marks, and crisp/clear optics.
