This Light Dragoon pistol has a smoothbore barrel with London Gunmakers Company commercial proof and view marks. The lock has the Georgian cipher at the center, border engraving, and the later style ring neck cock. A "1786" dated storekeeper's mark is on the wrist.

Very good with gray and brown patina on the lock and barrel along with some minor pitting, aged patina on the brass furniture, and general mild overall wear. The stock is also very good and has some filler by the pommel cap, numerous dings and scratches, and mild edge wear. Mechanically fine.
