Manufactured in 1877 with the standard two-line address on top of the barrel, matching serial number on the bottom, and full serial number on the butt. There are London proofs on the left of the barrel and cylinder. It has standard features including smooth rosewood grips with the serial number hand marked inside both panels. Includes an oak presentation case with Colt London Agency label inside the lid, cleaning rod, and key.
Very fine, retains 90% plus of the period retailer applied nickel finish with a few scattered patches of light flaking. The grips are with some minor dings and scratches scattered throughout. Mechanically excellent. The case is very fine with some scattered light handling/storage marks.
