Manufactured on 12 June 1930 with the standard two-line address and patent marking on top of the barrel, model and caliber marking on the left, and Rampant Colt on the left of the frame. It is fitted with blade and frame notch sights, checkered trigger and hammer, lanyard loop on the butt, and a pair of checkered walnut grips with Colt medallions. The included factory letter confirms the current configuration (grips not listed) as well as shipment to Shapleigh Hardware Co. in St. Louis on 11 August 1930.
Excellent, retains 98% plus of the original blue finish with only the slightest handling marks, a light cylinder drag line, and crisp markings. The grips are also excellent with only the slightest handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with some mild edge wear and a few minor tears.
