The casehardened action displays highly attractive floral scroll engraving surrounding a pair of oval panel game scenes consisting on an elk on the left side and a bear on the right side both in hilly scenes. The rifle features an ornate pistol grip lever/triggerguard, tang mounted adjustable peep sight, and removable folding palm rest. Nicely figured Schnabel tip forend and pistol grip stock with large dished cheekpiece and nickel plated Swiss buttplate.

Very fine as professionally restored, retaining 98% blue and casehardened finishes with light handing evidence and a few tiny areas of spotting. The wood is also very fine with a few light dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
