Manufactured in 1903 with standard markings including the three line manufacturer and patent information marked on the tang and correctly lacks the latter Winchester "WP" proofs. The barrel is marked "32 W.C.F." on top ahead of the breech and has dovetailed German silver blade front and elevation adjustable rear sights. Smooth forearm and straight grip stock with crescent buttplate. A fine example of a working man's rifle with a look expected from use on the frontier.

Very fine. The barrel has 60% of original blue finish with some thinning on the balance while the tube magazine retains 70% of the original blue finish. The receiver shows some minor handling marks, with attractive patina at the bottom indicative of being held in the hand for long periods of time and 60% of the original blue finish. The hammer and lever show traces of case colors mixed within dark grey patina. The wood is also very fine overall with a few light handling marks and edge wear, while maintaining a lustrous and bright oil finish. The forearm also displays nice figure. Mechanically excellent.
