Manufactured in 1895. The barrel has a raised blade front sight, a folding ladder rear sight, and the two-line Colt Hartford legend stamped on top ahead of the rear sight. London proofs are stamped on the left side of the barrel and receiver. The receiver is stamped with a Rampant Colt and fitted with a saddle ring, all on the left side. The serial number is stamped on the lower tang.

Very fine, retaining 80% original blue finish with thinning to brown on the balance and the high points of the buttplate worn to a smooth gray. The wood is fine with some minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
