Manufactured in 1879. The top of the barrel has the two-line Colt Hartford address, the left side of the barrel has the desirable etched panel marked "COLT NEW 41", and the bottom has the matching serial number, patent date, and British proofs. The right side of the barrel has the retailer inscription "F.T.BAKER./GUN MANUFACTURER./LONDON." There are London proof marks on each cylinder flute. The serial number is marked on the left side of the grip frame and the left side of the frame is marked "41CAL C" for centerfire. It is fitted with a pair of smooth grips.

Very fine, retains 80% plus of the original nickel finish with some scattered speckling of light flaking and a crisp etched panel and inscription. The grips are also very fine with a few scattered very light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
