The included factory letter lists this revolver as having an 8 inch barrel chambered in .357 Magnum with royal blue finish, Pachmayr hard rubber grips, red insert front and white outline rear sights, and furnished with a black carrying case cut to accommodate an ammo box, tool kit consisting of two allen wrenches, cleaning rod, a tip and brush for the cleaning rod, and a spare Patridge blade front sight when shipped to Simmons Gun Specialties Subsidiary of Jerry's Sports Center in Olathe, Kansas on December 18, 1981. The letter further remarks that the revolvers were custom tuned and equipped with Colt-Leupold scopes as well as having a special "PYTHON SILHOUETTE" rollmark. Includes the aforementioned accessories (sans ammunition box) as well as a copy of "The Colt Double Action Revolvers: A Shop Manual, Vol. II" by Jerry Kuhnhausen.

Excellent, retaining 98% original blue finish with limited handling marks and a light cylinder drag line. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine with a few minor dents. Scope is excellent with clear optics and a crisp reticle.
