The coin finished sidelock action displays attractive relief engraved fences and extensive floral scroll engraving on the receiver and lockplates. The gun features double triggers, bushed firing pins, and a manual tang mounted safety. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter forend and straight grip stock with "SS" marked inscription shield and serrated factory buttplate. Stock measurements: 1 9/16 inch drop at comb; 2 3/8 inch drop at heel; 14 inch length of pull; cast-off; weight 6 lbs. 11 oz.

Very fine overall, retaining 99% professionally reapplied blue finish, 99% original coin finish, minor handling evidence, some scratches at the stock toe, and crisp wood checkering. Mechanically excellent.
