Manufactured in 2000. Red fiber optic front and steel mid bead sights, 3 inch chamber choke tube system (modified installed). Two-tone blued/coin action with scroll and rope engraving surrounding game scenes as well as an "M" on the bottom flanked by floral scroll. The animals as well as the "M" are gold washed. The bottom of the action ahead of the trigger guard is signed "1115/2000/Bottega C. Giovanelli". Checkered exhibition quality walnut forend and pistol grip stock with contrasting grip cap and wooden buttplate. Includes a Benelli hard case. Stock measurements: 1 7/16 inch drop at comb; 2 3/16 drop at heel; 14 1/16 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs. 12 oz.

Very fine, retaining 95% refinished blue finish with some softening of the barrel markings, scattered handing marks, and crisp engraving. Wood is also very fine with scattered dings and scratches, most of the varnish remaining, and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
