Manufactured between 1983 and 1989 as a faithful reproduction of the beloved Parker shotgun. Dual white bead sights on the solid matte rib which marked with a gold "1" at the base, "1" marked on the lump, 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, and chokes marked "MOD"/"FULL". The casehardened receiver shows the standard DHE grade engraving of hunting dogs on either side and a covey of pheasants on the underside along with "PARKER". The gun features single a selective trigger and manual tang mounted safety switch. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered walnut semi-beavertail forend with engraved fittings including the Deeley latch release and straight grip stock with carved flats and a checkered bare butt. Includes two extra sets of matching serial numbered 26 inch, 28 gauge barrels with a "2" and "3" on their respective ribs, 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, and chokes marked "IMP.CYL"/"MOD" for barrel "2" and "Q1"/"Q2" for barrel "3". Also included is a leather bound takedown case that houses the whole set, a canvas cover, and two nickel snap caps. Barrel measurements for set "3" (R/L): bore diameters measured nine inches from the breech .553/.553 inches; choke constriction .005/.012 inches. Barrel measurements for set "2" (R/L): bore diameters measured nine inches from the breech .555/.555 inches; choke constriction .009/.019 inches. Very fine overall, retaining 98% original blue finish, 25% original case colors with the balance a fine grey, some minor scratches on the barrels and wood, small chip at the forend tip and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The case and extra barrel sets are very fine. Mechanically excellent.
