The barrel displays a band of wavy line engraving at the muzzle and rear with sprays of floral scroll work coming both ends surrounding the cone front sight and Colt address on top . The sides of the loading lever and frame have been engraved to match with nearly full coverage on the frame. The back strap features a spray extending from both the top and from the butt with the latter extending onto the butt itself. The triggerguard features floral scroll on the bow with light wavy line engraving around the edge at the frame. "COLT ENG" marked on the grip frame. Includes a hardwood partitioned case containing a cap tin, combination tool, martial themed "COLTS/PATENT" powder flask, and "COLT'S/PATENT" two cavity bullet mold, as well as a shipping box with end label listing the type "C" engraving and a Colt Custom Shop case.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish and case colors with limited handling marks and crisp engraving. Mechanically excellent. Cases are both very fine.
