This extremely attractive revolver was manufactured in 1991 and shipped in 1992 with Class D scroll and punch dot engraving. Standard one-line address on top and "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY 45" left side barrel markings, with the two line, three patent dates followed by the Rampant Colt on the left side of the frame. Standard fixed sights, completely gold plated and fitted with two piece smooth grips with gold Colt medallions. The accompanying factory letter verifies the caliber, barrel length, gold plated finish, grip material with gold medallions, Class "D" factory American style scroll engraving and that it was shipped as the sole gun to Armsmear II, Anaheim, California on Colt Custom Shop order number 4160, October 20, 1992. Denise Thirion's "DT" initials can be found on the front of the frame, below the cylinder pin, entwined into the engraving. Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original gold finish with extremely fine storage marks, with crisp engraving and grip with attractive grain and color. Mechanically excellent. The box is very fine. This is an outstanding example of Denise Thirion's Masterful work which is always in high demand!
