Developed as a combination of the Mark V Trooper frame and the Python barrel, the Colt Boa was manufactured only in 1985 as a Lew Horton Distributing limited edition, with a total run of only 1,200, and only 600 in this configuration, making it among the rarest of the production model Colt "snake" double actions. Fitted with blade front and adjustable notch rear sights and a set of attractive wrap around grips. The left side of the barrel is marked "BOA .357/.357 MAGNUM CTG". Includes original Colt "wood grain" box.

Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks and a faint cylinder drag line. Grips are also excellent with crisp checkering and nearly all original varnish remaining. Mechanically excellent. Box is very good with a few tape repairs. The Colt Boa is the one snake gun absent in most Colt collections, this is your opportunity to fill that hole in your collection!
