T.L. Wallace Signed Engraved J.P Mazur and J.C. Tucker/Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 Bolt Action Rifle in .375 H&H Magnum with Scope - Serial no. 110884, 375 H&H magnum cal., 25 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1949 and subsequently upgraded by J.P. Mazur and J.C. Tucker. The replacement barrel is marked “J.P. Mazur & J.C. Tucker”
on top and “375HH” on the chamber and is fitted with a raised beaded blade front sight and express rear sight comprising of one standing leaf and three folding leaves with gold inlaid center lines graduated from 50 to 300 yards with a small flourish of floral scroll engraving behind the rear sight and a band of stylized foliage at the chamber. The receiver features border
line engraving with floral sprays in the corners and standard Winchester trade mark. Floral engraving is also present on the scope mounts holding a Leupold Vari-X III 1.5x5 scope. The floorplate has been engraved with a cape buffalo scene as well as border engraving. The floorplate is signed “ENGR. T. L. Wallace”. The barrel and receiver are blued with nitre blue on the rear sight, extractor, and safety. Mounted in a beautifully contrasted checkered walnut pistol grip stock with ebony forend cap, shadowline Swiss cheekpiece, engraved cross bolts, engraved steel grip cap, engraved initial oval, and leather wrapped recoil pad. CONDITION: Excellent as professionally upgraded and embellished. Retaining 99% plus refinished blue finish with limited minor handling marks and crisp engraving. Stock is very fine with some scattered minor dings and scratches and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,000 - 5,000

Jim Coffin Mauser Bolt Action Sporting Rifle in .338 Winchester Magnum with Scope - Serial no. 7306, 338 Win magnum cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Built on a Mauser long action by Jim Coffin, this rifle features a sightless barrel marked “JIM COFFIN-ALBANY, OREGON” and “.338 WIN. MAG.” A Leupold Vari-X II 2x7 scope is mounted to the action. Mounted into a nicely contrasted checkered pistol grip walnut stock with ebony forend tip, shadow line Swiss cheekpiece, steel grip cap, and Pachmayr recoil pad. During his career, Coffin was a member of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Optics are slightly hazy. Estimate: 2,500 - 4,000
LOT 616 Belgian Mauser 98 Bolt Action Sporting Rifle with Zeiss Scope - Serial no. 001, 300 Win magnum cal., 23 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Built on a Model 98 style action, the only markings on this rifle are “300 Win Mag” in script letters on the top left flat of the barrel and the serial number on the left of the front receiver ring. The rifle features a mostly octagon barrel which transitions to round just before the chamber. The top flat features a raised gold bar blade front sight with a raised quarter rib holding a three leaf express rear sight (only the closest has a sight notch). The receiver and quarter rib are fitted with bases for a claw scope mount system allowing the included Zeiss Diatal-z 6x42 scope to mounted on the rifle. The action is mounted into a checkered straight grain walnut pistol grip stock with ebony forend tip, Swiss cheekpiece, blank initial oval, and Pachmayr recoil pad. The inside of the stock is marked “J.C./Tucker”. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 97% blue finish with handling some high edge wear on the barrel and some thinning on the bottom metal and bolt handle. The stock is also excellent with scattered dings and scratches, and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Scope is very fine with clear optics. Estimate: 2,500 - 3,500

Jim Coffin Upgraded Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 Bolt Action Rifle with Swarovski Scope - Serial no. 220426, 270 Win cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1952 and subsequently upgraded by Jim Coffin. The replacement barrel is marked “JIM COFFIN-ALBANY, OREGON” on top and “ .270 WIN.” on the chamber. Standard markings on the receiver which is mounted with a Swarovski Habicht 2.2-9x42 scope. Mounted in a high contrast, lightly figured, checkered pistol grip walnut stock with checkered Neider buttplate and steel pistol grip cap. During his career, Coffin was a member of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild. CONDITION: Excellent overall as upgraded by Jim Coffin, retaining 99% professionally refinished blue finish with limited handling marks, and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. LOT 618 Daniel Wiebe Upgraded Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 Bolt Action Rifle - Serial no. 78249, 7 mm Rem Magnum cal., 25 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1948 and subsequently upgraded by Duane Wiebe. Wiebe is a charter member of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild and has gained the honor of being one of the most respected custom rifle makers in the country. The barrel is marked “DUANE WIEBE NO 0803” on top and “7 MM REM MAG” on the chamber. The receiver features standard Winchester markings. Mounted in a checkered, nicely figured walnut stock with leather wrapped recoil pad. CONDITION: Very fine as upgraded by Daniel Wiebe. Retaining 99% plus refinished blue finish with limited handling marks. The wood is also excellent with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,000 - 3,000
