Rare Engraved Raick Freres 12 Bore Double Barrel Boxlock Ejector Shot & Ball Gun - Serial no. 21584, 12 gauge, 30 1/4 inch solid rib bbl., blue/ casehardened finish, walnut stock. Blued rifle choked barrels each engraved with a band of stylized foliage at the breech end. The flat raised solid rib is matted with engraved waved lines, signed “RAICK FRERES LIEGE BELGIUM” and is fitted with a bead front sight and rear sight of one standing notch sight and three folding leaf sights each with gold inlaid graduation to 400 meters. Casehardened treble grip sideclipped action with blued crossbolt and toplever. Blued side mounted Greener-type safety with gold inlaid “SAFE” and blued trigger guard. Border and scroll
engraved throughout. The underside of the barrels and watertable struck with Liege nitro proof marks. Figured 13 3/4 inch walnut semi-pistol grip stock including 3/4 inch orange rubber recoil pad, with panels of multi-point checkering to the grip and forearm, the latter with engraved Deeley & Edge fastener. Barrel measurements (R/L): bore diameter 9 inches from the breech both proved and measured at 18.5 mm (.728 inches); 75 mm chambers: minimum wall thickness .003/.007 inches; weight 8 lbs 8 oz. CONDITION: The barrels retain nearly all of the reblued finish, some scattered corrosion pock marks visible beneath the finish to the underside around the muzzles of each tube, rifle chokes crisp.
The rib has clear engraved matting and signature, the rear sight leaves move very easily in their hinges, and some debris can be heard moving inside the rib. Action retains nearly all of the faded casehardened finish with clear engraving. The toplever, trigger guard, and safety catch each retain nearly all of their reblued finishes. The stock has some minor storage and handling blemishes with well-
defined checkering and some chipping and poor fitment on the edges. Mechanically excellent.

Engraved W.W. Greener Grade F.30 Facile Princeps Double Barrel Shotgun - Serial no. 59820, 12 gauge, 26 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Manufactured approximately 1912 and proofed at Birmingham. Blued steel barrels with single steel bead sight on the matted, concave solid rib marked “W. W. GREENER. MAKER. 68 HAYMARKET LONDON. WORKS. ST MARY’S SQUARE. BIRMINGHAM.”, 2 1/2 chambers with single extractor, and choke constrictions measures at .015/.038 inches. The casehardened boxlock action displays fine tight English scrollwork as does the release lever, trigger guard, and tangs. The lower tang is marked “GRADE F.30” at the rear. The gun features
double triggers and a Greener safety. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter forend with Deeley latch release and engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with blank
inscription oval and orange recoil pad. Stock measurements: 1 3/4 inch drop at comb; 2 15/16 inch drop at heel; 14 13/16 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs 7 oz. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 90% professionally restored blue on the barrels and 70% original case colors with light handling evidence. The wood is very good with scattered dings and scratches and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Engraved E. C. Green Damascus Sidelock 10 Gauge Double Barrel Hammer Shotgun - Serial no. 3698, 10 gauge, 32 inch solid rib bbl., brown/casehardened finish, walnut stock. It features: Birmingham proofs, single nickel bead sight, lightly engraved doll’s head concave rib marked “EDWINSON C. GREEN, CHELTENHAM, ENGd AGENTS G&A HAYDEN, JACKSONVILLE, IL.”, engraving
at the breech, modified chokes, 2 3/4 inch chambers, an extractor, checkered round knob grip stock with an
engraved metal insert on the Schnabel tip, unmarked inscription panel on the underside of the stock and a checkered horn buttplate, and a 14 inch length of pull. Fine
scroll engraving is also present on the frame and locks, and each lock is marked “E. C. GREEN” and engraved with a scene of a duck in flight. CONDITION: Very fine. The barrels have strong Damascus patterns, a ding on the rear of the rib extension, and mild handling marks overall. Traces of case colors are present in the
protected areas of the locks, and the balance has a silvered gray patina. A wide 2 inch crack is visible on the right side of the freshened buttstock, and there are some gaps and chips in the
 buttplate and mild dings overall. Mechanically very good. Estimate: 1,500 - 2,500

Engraved W. W. Greener Grade F Facile Princeps Double Barrel Shotgun - Serial no. 44456, 12 gauge, 28 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Single black bead sight on a concave rib, which is marked with the one line St. Mary’s Square Birmingham address and “GREENER’S WROUGHT STEEL INDESTRUCTIBLE BY GUNPOWDER”, cylinder chokes, 2 3/4 inch marked chambers and an extractor. The Facile Princeps action is lightly scroll engraved, marked “W.W. GREENER” in a banner on both sides, with double triggers, Greener crossbolt, a Greener safety, and the trigger guard tang engraved
with serial number and “GRADE F”. Checkered pistol grip stock with a hard rubber tip insert and grip cap, a “W” on an inscription panel on the
underside and a checkered horn buttplate. Length of pull is 13 3/4 inches.
CONDITION: Very good as refinished. The barrels show 95% of the blue finish, with some thinning, scattered pitting under the finish, and mild handling marks. Traces of original case colors are present dents and scuffs. Mechanically very good. Estimate: 1,300 - 1,900
