Highly Desirable Documented U.S. Army Issue Beretta
M9 General Officers Model Semi-Automatic Pistol Assigned to Brigadier General Roger C. Bultman with Accessories - Serial no. GO-00722,
9 mm para cal., 5 inch round bbl., black finish, plastic
grips. This is an excellent example of a U.S. Army issue Beretta M9 General Officers pistol. This model was introduced in 1986 based on the continuing need for the U.S. Military to be able to issue service automatic pistols to newly promoted General Officers. This specific pistol appears to have been issued to Brigadier General Roger C. Bultman., who at the time was stationed in the office of Chief of Army Reserves at the Pentagon and had previously held various leadership roles during the Vietnam War. The included general supply shipment worksheet lists Bultman as the recipient. These pistols in all respects were a standard Beretta M9 handgun
only they were identified by a special serial number prefix of “GO”. The right side of the frame is marked:
“U.S. 9mm M9 BERETTA U.S.A.65490” with the left side marked with serial number: “GO-1386”, indicating
it was a fairly late issue pistol. The left and right sides of the slide (respectfully) have the standard factory markings of “U.S. 9mm M9-BERETTA U.S.A.-65490” followed by the Beretta factory, circled “PB” logo and
“ASSY 9346442-65490” followed by the etched “PM” marking. The slide is fitted with the standard fixed
white dot front and rear combat sights, and it has ambidextrous safety levers, ring hammer and lanyard
loop on the heel of the frame. It is fitted with standard checkered, black plastic grips with the P. Beretta
factory logo on each grip panel. Includes a plain shipping box, Bianchi holster, dual magazine pouch, two
extra factory packaged magazines, and an extra M9 slide and left grip panel (both factory packaged).
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 99% plus of the original black finish with only the slightest handling marks. The grips are also excellent with only the slightest handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
The accessories apart from the holster are excellent and mostly factory packaged, with the holster showing some light wear.

 LOT 1526
Documented U.S. Army Issued SIG Sauer M17 Semi-
Automatic Pistol with Box - Serial no. TF002996, 9x19mm cal.,
4 1/2 inch round bbl., coyote tan finish, polymer grips. Per the
included certificate, this pistol was part of the initial deployment
of the U.S. M17 MHS Pistol in American service, most of which were issued
to the 101st and 82nd Airborne divisions for field testing. A variant of the SIG 320 modular pistol, the M17 integrates an ambidextrous thumb safety to the modular fire control unit, with illuminated night sights, optics mounting point on the slide, “+P” weight recoil spring, and coyote brown metal and polymer finish. The grip frame features the grip size marking “M” (Medium) above the integrated lanyard loop on the back strap. As with the P320 it
is derived from, the M17 allows for the grip frame to easily be switched out to a larger or smaller model to better fit the shooter. The shipping box is a numbered match to the pistol and identifies it as “UDM17-9-SURPLUS”, and contains two extra magazines, a standard weight recoil spring, cable lock, and papers.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 98%
original coyote tan finish on the slide and
controls with handling marks that show signs
of in-theater use and some finish darkening on
the slide. The grip stippling shows similar signs
of use. The baseplate of the 17 round magazine
   396
deep scratches on the right side. Mechanically excellent. Box is very fine with minimal storage and handling marks. This is your rare chance to own the latest and greatest in a U.S. Military issued handgun!
