Factory Engraved Colt Third Generation Single Action
Army Revolver with Carved Eagle Grip and Case - Serial
no. SA04186, 45 LC cal., 7 1/2 inch round bbl., nickel finish, pearl
grips. This stunning SAA has near full coverage Colt factory floral scroll engraving. Even the front sight is engraved. The left side of the grip frame has a partial Colt factory engraving marking consisting of“COLT”but lacking“ENG.”The pearl grip has a carved patriotic eagle, similar to
the U.S. great seal eagle but with the olive branch and arrows in opposite claws. The exterior
of the case is decorated in full with pearl panels. The pearl accents extend to the accessories contained in the case. The brush, two screwdrivers, and cleaning rod feature pearl handles. The container with the Colt snake logo on the lid and the oiler are also made from pearl.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original nickel finish showing only the slightest handling marks. The grip is also excellent with highly attractive fiery colors. Mechanically excellent. The case is excellent showing minimal wear. A highly attractive Colt factory engraved Third Generation SAA with a set of pearl grips and accessories.

Pair of Consecutively Numbered Factory Engraved Colt Third Generation Single Action Army Revolvers with Boxes and Cases -A) Colt Single Action Army - Serial no. S07047A, 45 LC cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl., blue/casehardened finish, original grips. Both revolvers manufactured in 1996 and feature nearly identical class “C” floral scroll engraving with rampant colts on the sides of the frames and horse head on the recoil shields. The only place the embellishment on the revolvers differs is that “A” features gold inlaid bands at the muzzle and rear of the cylinder where “B” has bands of engraving as well as “B” having ink filled engraving to create contrast with the nickel finish. Both revolvers come with their original box listing the class “C” engraving, grip material, and Colt glass top display cases.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish and case colors
with limited handling marks and crisp engraving. Mechanically excellent. Box and case are both excellent with limited storage and handling marks.
