  LOT 1743 Excellent Winchester Model 55 Lever Action Takedown Rifle - Serial no. 6290, 30 WCF cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1926 with standard markings including Winchester factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech. Fitted with Lyman beaded blade front and elevation adjustable notch rear sights and mounted with a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a ribbed shotgun buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent, retains 98% plus of the original blue finish with a few scattered patches of dark grease type staining and otherwise minimal handling evidence. The wood is also excellent with only the slightest handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 4,000 - 6,000
LOT 1744 Scarce Winchester Model 53 Lever Action Takedown Rifle - Serial no. 8575, 25-20 WCF cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured from c. 1924 to 1932 with standard markings including Winchester factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech. Fitted with Lyman beaded blade front, elevation adjustable notch rear, and Lyman tang mounted peep sights. Mounted with a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a serrated shotgun buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent, retains 90% plus of the original blue finish with a few scattered patches having thinned to a smooth brown patina on the forend cap and takedown ring with a few scattered light handling marks overall. The wood is excellent with a few scattered light dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 4,000 - 6,000

Desirable Three Digit Serial Number Winchester Model 71 Deluxe Lever Action Rifle with 20 Inch Barrel - Serial no. 182, 348 WCF cal., 20 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1936 with standard markings including Winchester factory oval proofs. Fitted with a ramped beaded blade front sight with hood and filler in the rear dovetail on the desirable 20 inch barrel. There is a factory fitted peep sight fitted on the bolt. Mounted with a checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with sling swivel studs and a checkered shotgun buttplate. CONDITION: Very fine, retains 85% plus of the original blue finish with the balance having thinned to a smooth grey or brown
patina, primarily on the lower tang, loading gate, and forearm cap. The wood is fine with some scattered minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,000 - 4,500

Excellent Winchester Deluxe Model 64 Lever Action “Deer” Rifle - Serial no. 1465780, 32 W.S. cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1947 with standard markings including Winchester factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech. Fitted with ramped beaded blade front and elevation adjustable notch rear sights, sling swivels on the forearm cap and stock, and the left side of the receiver is factory drilled and tapped for a peep sight with filler screws in place. Mounted with a checkered semi-beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with a checkered steel shotgun buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent, retains 97% plus of the original blue finish with some slight thinning on the heel and toe of the buttplate showing a grey patina and a few patches of faint brown spotting. The wood is also excellent with a few scattered light dings and scratches and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,800 - 2,750

   LOT 1747 Winchester Model 94 Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine - Serial no. 984443, 32 W.S. cal., 20 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1926. The barrel has a pinned beaded blade Marble No. 6H front sight and a folding ladder rear sight. There are standard markings including the Winchester factory oval proof on the barrel and receiver at the breech, a saddle ring on the left side of the receiver, and a nicely figured walnut carbine stock.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 95
% plus original blue finish

with some flaking/light specks of pitting visible on the lower receiver and original blue mixed with smooth brown patina on the buttplate. There is also an “X” scratched through the blue on the left side of the receiver. The wood is
