CONDITION: Excellent. The carbine retains 95% of the bright original finish overall with a few minor dings on the barrel, some minor scratches and light spotting on the receiver and minor wear on the magazine from cycling the action. The left side of the receiver shows typical light dings and wear from the saddle ring. The otherwise very
fine wood has been revarnished, with only a few minor pressure dents. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent. This is one of the finest Colt Lightning Saddle Ring Carbine’s RIAC has ever offered at auction!
