This rifle is marked on the left side of the receiver, "MAS Mle 1949". The rifle has a hooded blade front sight and a receiver-mounted tangent adjustable rear sight. It has a stacking lug on the front barrel band and a sling swivel on the center band; a sling bar is inletted into the buttstock. Plain pistol grip stock and full forearm. There is a faint French Arsenal (MAS) stamp on the right stock and the serial number stamped on the left stock.

NC - FINE- All original finish 90% - 94% or better, some dings in wood wear commensurable with percent of finish. In working order.
