OD - VERY GOOD- all original parts; none to 30% original finish; original metal surfaces smooth with all edges sharp; clear lettering, numerals and design on metal; wood slightly scratched or bruised.

Single action pistol with fixed sights, serrated slide, detachable single stack magazine with bottom release, and black checkered grips. Right side of frame marked " MADE/IN/SPAIN". Left side of slide marked "Brique D'armes de Guerre CAL 7.65 / Paramount / CAL 32". Magazine welded. Right grip cracked.

NB - EXCELLENT- near new condition 95% - 98%, used but little, no noticeable marring of wood or metal, bluing near perfect (some wear at muzzle or sharp edges can be expected).

The left side of the slide is marked with the "(H)" military mark followed by "FABRIQUE NATIONALE DE GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE" over" BROWNING'S PATENT DEPOSE". The front section of the slide has a double Eagle WaA140 Waffenamt proof along with a Nazi firing Eagle and the left side of the frame also has a single Nazi WaA140 and Eagle firing proofs. The right side of the pistol has matching serial numbers on the frame, front slide bushing and barrel.

OE - GOOD - some minor replacement parts; metal smoothly rusted or lightly pitted in places, cleaned; principal lettering, numerals and design on metal legible; lightly scratched, bruised or minor cracks repaired; in good working order.

Standard markings on the barrel and frame. Crown over "U" on left side barrel extension and top of bolt handle. 12 groove grips. Lanyard ring missing.
