Casehardened trigger and checkered faded black hard rubber grips with diamond inserts and S&W monograms.

Round blade front sight with rear service sight pinned forward in the topstrap above the cylinder. The six round fluted cylinder is unlocked by pulling forward on the extractor rod. Address and patent dates are stamped on the cylinder between the flutes. Checkered black hard rubber grips with diamond inserts and S&W monograms.
