Description:

1) 22 by 14 inch painting on canvas of an abandoned Army barracks, signed "M.A. Notle/ 1891", in a gold painted hardwood frame. 2) 25 by 10 1/4 inch framed painting of a woodland trail running alongside a small creek. Faintly signed, under glass with gold matt and green painted frame. 3) 14 1/2 by 12 3/4 inch painting on canvas of a cattle drive, signed "L CHAVES". With a carved hardwood frame with burlap matt. All painting are very good to excellent, with mild wear on the frames.
