Manufactured in 1864. Standard features with the one line Colt New York barrel address, "COLTS / PATENT" on left side of the frame and "36 CAL" on left trigger guard shoulder. Matching serial number on frame, barrel, trigger guard and backstrap. With flask.

OF - FAIR- some major parts replaced; minor replacement parts may be required; metal rusted, may be lightly pitted all over, vigorously cleaned; rounded edges of metal and wood; principal lettering, numerals and design on metal partly obliterated; wood scratched, bruised, cracked or repaired where broken; in fair working order or can be easily repaired and placed in working order.

Manufactured circa 1936 to 1941. Missing the trigger guard. Action needs work.

Solid rib with single bead sight, double triggers, freshened checkered pistol grip stock, 2 1/2 inch chambers with extractor and choked improved modified/modified.

OE - GOOD - some minor replacement parts; metal smoothly rusted or lightly pitted in places, cleaned; principal lettering, numerals and design on metal legible; lightly scratched, bruised or minor cracks repaired; in good working order.

"S BECK" marked top barrel flat, possibly indicating that the percussion conversion was done by Samuel Beck on Indianapolis, Indiana. Tiger stripe stock with repaired break just behind the action, brass furniture and fixed sights. Missing ramrod and a ramrod pipe. Barrel pitted.

Solid rib with single bead sight and checkered straight grip stock. Missing ramrod and upper tang screw. The stock is cracked at the wrist.
