Description:

1) Quail, wings out, mounted on branch, 16" tall. 2) Steer skull, 17" span. Teeth are loose. 3) Grouse, mounted on woodland-style base, 12" tall. 4) Pheasant, wings folded on base, 13 1/2" tall. 5) Steer skull. Cracking is visible, and the horns have been shortened. 6) Impala skull mounted on shield plaque, 14 1/2" span between points. Marked Kenya 1962 on back. 7) Top of buffalo skull. With horns. In relic condition. 8) Buffalo skull on wood base, with 16 1/2" span between tips. Some cracking. 9) As 6, 12" between points, some repairs and cracks. 10) Antelope horns, mounted on shield base, 9 1/2" from base to tip. 11) Goose, posed as though coming in for a landing, with hardware for hanging. 12" neck and 43" from wingtip to wingtip. 12) Quail, perched on a branch with wings tucked in. 16" tall. 13) Grouse, posed for a banking turn. 25 inch wingspan. All the skulls are fair, and the stuffed birds are good to very good. From the Will Hoffeld Collection.
