Description:

1) U.S. Model 1840 Cavalry Saber marked "TIFFANY & CO/NEW-YORK" on the ricasso. With scabbard. Very good with some spotting/oxidation on the blade, moderate wear to the grip and guard, and brown patina and oxidation on the scabbard. 2) U.S. Model 1860 Cavalry Saber dated 1864 with scabbard. Marked "C. ROBY/W. CHELMSFORD/MASS" on right ricasso. Very good, bright blade, mild wear to the grip, and brown patina and dent on the scabbard.
