Description:

The lot includes three second type Bing Brothers trommel magazines with folding winding levers and standard markings, one trommel magazine dust cover repainted black, two Bing Brothers magazine loading tools, one "1915" dated Gustav Reinhardt brown leather trommel magazine carrier, and four unmarked black leather reproduction trommel magazine carriers. Magazines are fine with one being refinished with some visible pitting under the blue, the others showing oxidation and areas of edge wear and mottled brown patina, and small dings and dents. Two of the drums are missing the spring catch on the winding levers. Another is missing the spring and follower. The loading tools are also fine with visible scuffs and scratches on both, one being refinished with a matte black paint, and generally smooth function. 1915 carrier is fine with tight stitching, clear markings, and small scuffs and scratches. Reproductions are good with stiff leather and oxidation on the fittings.
