"1891" dated cartouche. "46" and "23" marked on stock with holes for sight on top of wrist. With ramrod bayonet and leather sling.

OE - GOOD - some minor replacement parts; metal smoothly rusted or lightly pitted in places, cleaned; principal lettering, numerals and design on metal legible; lightly scratched, bruised or minor cracks repaired; in good working order.

"1886" dated cartouche. Replacement Model 1873 breechblock. Includes "US" marked leather McKeever cartridge pouch containing 16 .45-70 cartridges.
