OD - VERY GOOD- all original parts; none to 30% original finish; original metal surfaces smooth with all edges sharp; clear lettering, numerals and design on metal; wood slightly scratched or bruised.

PRF - PROFESSIONALLY REFINISHED OR RESTORED

Description:

Features classic 19th century style scroll engraving. The letter indicates it was a .45 with 4 3/4" barrel, blue finish, and rubber grips when part of shipment of 25 guns of this type shipped to Simmons Hardware Co. in St. Louis on February 15, 1897.
