Manufactured in 1922. The barrel is fitted with a dovetail blade front sight and an elevation adjustable rear sight and has the two-line legend and the caliber designation "25-20 WCF" on the upper left flat. A Winchester factory oval proof is stamped on the barrel and receiver at the breech. The upper tang has the Model 92/trade mark two-line marking. The serial number is stamped on the underside of the receiver. Mounted on nicely figured straight grain walnut forearm and straight grip stock. The buttstock has a crescent buttplate.

Excellent, retaining 97% original blue finish mixed with some flaking on the lever having turned brown. The wood is in equally excellent condition showing a long scratch on the forearm, otherwise minimal handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
