Blued Special Steel barrels with dual white bead sights on the matted vent rib, standard markings, chokes marked "**"/"*" (modified/full), and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. French grey action displays flowing leafy scroll patterns surrounding brilliantly gold inlaid scenes of North American pintail ducks, showing two on the left, two on the right, and two on the underside. The underside is inscribed and gold inlaid with "AMERICAN PINTAIL 047 of 500 ANAS ACUTA". The receiver is signed "L. Bleus" on the left for Browning Master Engraver Louie Bleus. The gun features a single gold trigger and tang mounted manual safety switch with gold inlaid "S", "O", and "U". Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered deluxe walnut forend with engraved fittings and round knob pistol grip stock with skip-line checkered bare butt. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech .727/.725 inches; choke constriction .021/.035 inches; minimum wall thickness .043/.039 inches; drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 3/8 inches; length of pull 14 1/8 inches; weight 7 lbs 4 oz.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and French grey finishes with minimal handling marks, a couple light scratches on the stock, and mostly crisp engraving and stock checkering. Mechanically excellent.
