Manufactured in 1893 with standard Winchester markings. The no. 1 weight barrel is fitted with a combination Beach front sight and a filler block in the rear sight dovetail. Casehardened action and folding tang peep sight. It is mounted with a Schnabel tip forearm with ebony insert and straight grip stock with a crescent buttplate.

Very fine. The barrel retains 90% faded original blue finish with thinning to brown on the balance. The receiver retains 85% vivid original case colors. Traces of original case colors remain on the lever, and slight patterns of original case colors remain on the buttplate. The wood is fine with a couple hairline cracks at the tip of the forearm and minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
