Originally designed by Hilton R. Walker in 1981 as the Armsel Striker, the Street Sweeper uses a spring driven alloy cylinder and double action trigger mechanism to provide a semi-automatic style rate of fire without restriction on ammo type in a compact package. This would be one of the few 12 gauge shotguns on the domestic market to earn the honor of being declared to lack a "sporting purpose," making it a Destructive Device under the terms of the National Firearms Act. Features a broad groove sight in the top of the receiver, with a forward pistol grip and rod ejector on the ventilated heat shield, manufacture markings on the front of the cylinder housing, "S/S" and "Cobray" branding on the plastic trigger housing, and a top-folding steel stock with rubberized buttpad. Length of pull is 14 1/4 inches. Includes a web sling, original Street Sweeper advertisement, and user's manual.

Very fine, retaining 85% plus original matte grey finish with light handling marks and scattered moderate spotting. The furniture is fine with light oxidation and handling evidence. Magazine spring is a bit stiff, otherwise mechanically excellent. NOTE: This Destructive Device is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479, National Firearms Act.
